I have several food processors. This one is the simplest and yet most functional one I have. The size at 8 cups seems to suit all the jobs I have had. It is light enough to move into the cabinet for off counter storage. It easy to disassemble - no struggle to remove the lid and blade! I process raw vegetables for two dogs every couple of days and it works great. If there is a con, it would be that I’m slightly concerned with it’s durability.

This food processor is simple and easy to use. So far, I have used it to chop and slice vegetables, and make hummus. I like that it came with two slicing blades. The chopping blade is not as sturdy as I would have expected. The blade seems like it will bend easily.
