This was a very generous gift to me for my birthday in late September. The Cuisinart Elemental 8 cup Food Processor is amazingly quick and so helpful with grating squash for zucchini bread, potatoes for hash browns, cheese for casseroles, etc.
It is a little larger and heavier than I expected, but the size has already been a bonus for some of the prep work I have done with it. The Cuisinart is the first food processor I have owned; and I'm still enjoying getting acquainted with all the features.
So far, I was disappointed that large hunks of zucchini remained on top of the grater attachment after grating the squash for recipes. But in the overall scheme of things, that's not a big deal.
Since I have had the Cuisinart for a little over a month, I'm looking forward to more recipes I can create with ease for many years to come.
