I love this easy to use and clean iten I wanted a gadget free effective piece of equipment for shredding slicing and chopping plus grating. It absolutely fulfills all of my needs and is sturdy but lightweight enough for me to put away when not in use. I have made crumble, shredded fine and.medium cheddar, sliced onion finely and sliced potatoes finely for dauphinous potatoes. All perfectly executed. There is also a smaller bowl and blade for blending
