At first, I had a learning curve trying to figure out how to operate it. I had problems even getting it to turn on. I had to go back to the manual. I am still learning. It's great for salads but not so great for slicing eggs. If I pulse too much my chopped veggies begin to liquefy. This has been the hardest area to get done precisely. Initially, I ended up with bell pepper onion mush. I am getting a little better after I figured less is more. Less pulse that is! On the other hand it slices cucumbers, tomatoes and mixed peppers perfectly. I also notice that there are only medium and fine slicing disks. I was wondering why there was no large slicing disk. This would be useful for other recipes. Overall, I am glad I purchased and I am looking forward to learning new ways to use my food processor.

The first unit was defective had to be returned and was replaced by the company. The second unit has operated well and has performed as required. The instructions for connecting the units together needs improvement

Bought this to replace a heavier, larger processor. Light weight, compact, easily fits into my cabinet. Chops, grates and slices with ease. Discs are marked clearly to help you with thickness of cut. Love the charcoal color.
