I am glad I purchased this food processor. I use it to make salads, whip ice cream, and shred vegetables. I like the two different blades for shredding and slicing.

I bought this to make pesto because my husband planted way too many plants and the procedure was overheating my blender. Using this blender is a breeze and it washes up so easily. I’m thrilled with the purchase but I frankly still don’t know how to pick the proper blades. I did try to slice cucumbers and realized this product can’t do that -at least I never could figure it out.
