The circular slicer, shredder attachments need to be in a sturdy plastic or poly cover. I was trying to pick one up and sliced my thumb! A cover would prevent accidental cuts.

We returned it. The main rod that you attached the shredding disk to was not stable. So when you tried shredding, the disk wobbled and the carrots would slide into the bowl not shredded.

Wanted the 14! Everyone advertises having. But no one did IN-STOCK... NO ONE.
