My 20 year old Cuisinart food processor finally quit working. I bought this 8 cup and while I wish I would have bought the bigger size, I love the new one and makes shredding cheese, slicing and blending up herbs, etc. Very happy with this new processor!

Good for slicing & shredding. Chopping needs to be done in smaller batches or else it all gets chopped too fine.
