Wanted a toaster that wasn't an eyesore and a 4-slice so our toast is ready at the same time. I was under the impression it was completely touchscreen, however you still need to lower the levers manually. Even so, I recommend it works great!

This toaster replaced my 18 year old toaster. Really like the touch display, the ultra high lift, & bagel, defrost, & + 30 second features. Toasts well from light to dark. Don't know about the longevity, but hoping it'll last 15 - 20 years.

Love this toaster. It looks good because it goes black when not using. All the functions are great: pop-up height, bagel setting, timing countdown. I loved my last Cuisinart toaster but I wanted the black one.

Easy to store (one of smallest 4 slice toasters I found) and does a good job. I like to put it away when not in use and have a drawer that will only fit a certain size. This toaster is easy to use, crisps the English muffins and bagels and has easy to use controls. So far the only downside is that the crumbs are not all caught in the bottom crumb catcher.
