[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my same reliable toaster since before I can even remember. I could not get rid of it right away and had set it aside to try out the Cuisinart 4-Slice Touchscreen Toaster. This toaster is the bomb! It's touchscreen and the control panel lights up when you touch to wake. I'm not sure how I survived without having a 4-slice toaster before with so many kids. It toasts perfectly - from 1-6 settings, it's perfect for whatever option you like. There's a bagel setting, defrost setting, single, and even a +30 seconds. You can lift up the lever to peak at the toast without interrupting it's toasting setting. It's the perfect toaster. Just after two days, I didn't have a problem getting rid of my older toaster.

Touch screen light wouldn't light up. Returned for another one. The replacement i was sent looked used and retuned And had the same problem. Retuned that one and bought the chrome 4 slice with no lights . This one works fine.

It's good looking and I mostly like it. I'm confused by the 1-Slice option: it doesn't shut down the other slot, still has two slots toasting away. Might as well not use the option. It toasts pretty evenly and it's nice to have the 30 second option.
