Really love this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for a couple of months and love it so far. With my kitchen island being close to my cabinets, I wanted a counter depth refrigerator but found them to be too expensive. This model protrudes far less than almost all the other models I looked at. And while it is a relatively small capacity refrigerator, the way it's configured makes it seem very large inside. Love the sleekness of the doors and the "no smudge" finish. And I have found it to be very quiet. Sides are painted gray instead of black which I love. Only downside for some people would be lack of an icemaker; but I have owned numerous refrigerators and find icemakers to be high maintenance. I'm keeping my ice in a bin in the freezer which works great. For me, this been a great choice for my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice looking but a little impractical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 3 months ago and while it looks very nice in our kitchen, we were very disappointed with the height of the shelves in the fridge section. They were not exactly adjustable (you can move the lower shelf by about an inch or so) and do not accomodate gallon-sized or even the half-gallon containers -- does not clear by 1/4 inch! (Sorry, but it being Frigidaire, one of the earliest refrigerator manufacturers, you would think they have this size down pat!) The fridge is fine if you only keep one gallon containers on the doors but you very quickly run out of room for tall bottles. Because of the height of the shelves, you end up with a lot of short condiment bottles taking up a lot of space. You have to get organizers to stack these items.
And it does get very noisy every now and then. Now I am concerned from the other posts that its longevity is affected by the absence of a cooling fan. (Should have read the posts first before making the purchase!)
On the pro side, the french doors for the freezer are awesome!

Good looks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good appearance, finish. Seems roomy, although not at all flexible in terms of shelving/bins. No provision for ice cubes. Cannot adjust shelves (1 variation) to fit gallon milk and other same height (only fits in door). Good freezer organization. Door mullion must be operated in a set way. Easy to level. Do not have to adjust door swing. A bit noisy in the low range, subtlety. Easy to clean. Cannot fit boxed wine in upright, so must buy more expensive stuff!
