Exactly What I Wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a fridge that would be less than 33", not have icemaker, not have conversations with other appliances, but most of all would LOOK LIKE THIS ONE. I absolutely love it! On the day it was installed I noticed the side was very hot-- that was because the fridge was working overtime to cool down super fast. As soon as fridge was at 37 degree setting the side cooled down to normal. I like the sleek exterior which can accept my magnet collection. The interior is roomy enough for my needs. I like the convenience of height of this fridge and the main chamber being up top. It's easier to reach in to the back of the fridge and I'm sure it's going to be easier to clean also. It's fine for a single person or a couple but probably a little too small for a family with kids. It is quiet, well lit in the upper area. Downsides: no lights in freezer, no shelf for ice cube trays but that's a minor issue since I can buy bagged ice, and no deli drawer. I'm sure I will adjust because the pluses far outweigh the minor minuses.

Why can't the freezer have full-width storage?

I like the idea of 4 doors, but I would prefer to have the same full-width & flexible storage in the freezer as is present in the refrigerator, to accommodate a large turkey or large frozen pizza.

Noisy But Otherwise Everything We Wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this refrigerator, it meets all of our size specs for our small kitchen, but it is making lots of strange noises. There's a whistling sound that happens a few times each day. There's also a separate whirling, almost grinding, sound that happens as well. I've been trying to get a hold of Frigidaire Customer Service to see if a tech can come out, but the wait times have been 20+ minutes or the queue so full they won't take my call.
We love the bottom freezer doors. We haven't had an issue with there not being lights in the freezer. The refrigerator is top is roomy and bright.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came in our new RV. It does it’s job but a odor has showed up and we cannot find where it’s coming from. A parts breakdown is non existent, and I don’t think it has a drain pan but cannot be sure. Been trying to find it for weeks now and because of how it’s installed we cannot pull it out without dismantling part of our RV! A better manual, touching on more than the per cursory instructions would be helpful.

We were able to see your model does have a drip tray, which catches any water that needs to be drained away from the inside of the refrigerator. Ideally, small amounts of water will enter the drip pan and safely evaporate away instead of becoming standing water.
Many odors can come from food that is uncovered in the refrigerator, and we recommend for foods that produce odors to be covered.
