Love it , Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is sleek,and has a minimalistic new look. It will match my new handle-free integrated kitchen cabinet. It is the best counter-depth refrigerator on the market. It is not noisy , it is a lot calmer than my old one. I love that it has no water dispenser. I love that It has enclosed heat ventilator on both side of the refrigerator. Now I don't have to clean and vacuum the back of the refrigerator wire net every year. My 30 years old French door Frigidaire is still working strong perfectly in my patio. It have never had any problem. I trust the Frigidaire refrigerator performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Four doors are very convenient, and refrigerator has plenty of capacity for me. Like the stats display on the door and the fact that I can set temps using that display. Also find the Door Open alarm very handy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great size and profile for small kitchen

The only real downsides are the lack of light in the freezer and the amount of space you get in the door shelves (there isn't a whole lot of space for people who hoard their condiments). Great for 1-2 person household with people who really like to cook. It can work with 3, but it's a bit of a squeeze.

Slick, elegant design and great size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the handle-less design. This is one of the rare fridges out there that has kept it simple and minimal. There is just enough space to fit a gallon of milk on lowest rack. Wish it had led lights in the freezer too! That's probably the biggest noticeable con as of now. The other minor annoyance is that you must open both doors to access either of the drawers. No more or less noise than our old fridge. Have had it for about a month now and so far so good!

Good and BAD... Love and HATE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have other major Frigidaire appliances in the house, and this is my third Frigidaire refrigerator (to replace my 12 year old Frigidaire). I really like and have great experience with the brand.
Ordered this refrigerator in Sept, and got it delivered on Oct 2nd. I love and hate this refrigerator since the second day in my kitchen... I needed to call for services right on the next day after it got set up. I meant the forth day because the next day was Saturday, and the Customer Services Department closed on weekends.
Good/Love - price is right; good size; nice configuration on both fridge and freezer. If you don't need the ice maker, that's a winner! Especially the double door freezer with removable shelves/drawers, making it easy to organize everything.
BAD/HATE -
1. Noise level - not too bad, but a bit annoying. The noise is not too loud - average, no complaint. However, in average, the compressor has been running for about one hour every other hour, which means it runs for about one hour, stops for about one hour, and runs again, along with some kicking sound. If your work desk is your dinner table in the kitchen (like me), it's a bit annoying. Asked the technician, the answer is... this is a new design, it's energy effective, so, the compressor runs often. =( Not sure other brands with new design will have the same issue.
2. The main reason/problem that I called for a service (attached pictures). On the next day morning after this brand new refrigerator installed, I found the moisture gathered on the middle panel between two freezer doors, and water dripping on the floor. I have to place a plastic lid under to catch the drip, so that it won't damager my pergo floor. It collects about half a tea spoon water everyday if I don't wipe off the moisture. When the technician came for the services, I was told the model is so new, and he had to called in to Frigidaire to get directions. It ended up this is a problem that he COULD NOT fix. He took some pictures and email them to the Tech Services Department. He told me it would be the design/engineering problem; after the problem is figured out, the technician from the the Frigidaire service department would contact me (who knows when). I insisted to get the reference number for this case (otherwise, I won't have it and probably hard to follow up).

The one star is for the look and the configuration, especially more spaces and easy organize freezer. Will add more stars if the problem is fixed.

I enjoy having the 4 doors makes access easy and I believe saves energy.
The drawers in the freezer really keeps food organized and easy to find.
The color is beautiful, never shows hand or fingerprints

Great Storage!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a secondary refrigerator instead of an upright freezer. I am so glad I did! It’s less cubic feet than my primary refrigerator, but the way it is designed allows for more room for my grocery items. And the 2 door freezer with optional storage solutions is fantastic! If this model would be offered in the future in a larger storage capacity, I would absolutely purchase it for my kitchen!

Good looking. Just what we needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator/freezer was exactly what we needed. The doors require minimal clearance. There is no icemaker nor water dispenser, which was unneeded in the location where we have it installed. The only disappointment was discovering the numbers displayed on the control panel are the target temperatures, not the actual temperatures, making the display a useless "feature". Would have given 5 star rating if the panel displayed actual temperatures.
