Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this one month ago, so have used it for a while. These are some of the features I love: NO finger prints show. The freezer has pull out tubs, so i divided mine into baking needs, ice cream, ready to eat, etc. the other thing I like are the very deep crispers.

Stylish refrigerator at a great price point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new fridge. It's sleek and stylish. The fingerprint-free finishes does it's job beautifully. The lighting in the upper area makes everything look great. We wish there was lighting in the bottom freezers, but the drawer system makes it easy enough to see (not a big deal.) The arrangement of the interior upper is a little different from previous fridges I've owned, but we immediately got used to it and have come to love the accessibility of items on the wide shelves. We didn't need a water line feature, so this was a perfect fit for us. We're so happy with this unit we upgraded our stove to a Frigidaire as well.

Great refrigerator!

Never cooled down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery went very smoothly, but the fridge never cooled down. Frigidaire tech (awesome) came the next day and could not fix it. Had it picked up. We wish it had worked, as we liked the 4 door model very much.

Poor Design

Very poor design. Long shelves on top not practical. Two door freezer wastes a lot of space with a wide column in the middle and with very small bins and drawers. Limits what it will hold like a frozen pizza. Do not like it at all but my old one died and I was stuck with this model.

Looks Good, Sounds Horrible

I like the way the fridge looks and it has a lot of room inside. However, it is LOUD and runs all the time. My previous fridge was 20 years old and I never heard a thing. I had a repairman look at it and he said it was normal. I'm very upset with the whole thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful but arrived not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this refrigerator. It is absolutely beautiful. We had our cabinets customized by a contractor this week to accommodate this new Frigidaire FFBN1721TV. We plugged it in and waited for it to start cooling...and waited...and waited...and waited. All day plugged in and the inside temp of the freezer and refrigerator is 75 degrees. The fan comes on sometimes...do not think I have ever heard the compressor come on yet, although I am unsure as I have nothing to compare it to. Contacted place of purchase...waiting to see if they will be bringing me a replacement. Will update this post and let you know how this issue is handled. p.s. I waited weeks for it to arrive, another 2 for the contractor to alter our cabinets to be so excited to use it today. Sounds like 2020 doesn't it?
