Best Second Fridge Ever

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the four doors. You only have to open half the freezer. Would have been nice if fridge doors were like the freezer, two separate sides. LED lights show set temperatures for fridge and freezer, would be nicer if it showed actual temperatures for fridge and freezer. We like the unit and are happy with it.

Just what we were looking for

Trying to find a 4-door unit without the water and ice options was rather difficult but we lucked out with our last-chance search. This unit is sleek. Although it looks huge at first the inside is a bit smaller than we hoped/realized. We love that everything is right there at eye level when you ope the top doors but it is a little restricted. The freezer section is also smaller than it seems it should be. Everything is comprised of pull-out shelves. It works well for us but some may find it way too small and inconvenient. The only thing I can actually find that I don't like is that there is no lighting in the freezer, which most fridges have now. The top section has great LED lighting. Bottom line, we really like it and are glad to have found it. If you are looking for something with tons of room and options to rearrange the inside layout, this probably wouldn't be the greatest choice. If you want something a little more "simple" and easy, this is a great choice.

Still Adjusting But Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anytime you change something you use a lot it takes some getting used to. The new size, shape, layout, organization, etc. After using this refrigerator for about a month now we are feeling more comfortable with it, kind of like breaking in a new pair of shoes. We went with the french door style in a desire to help reduce temperature loss by only opening half at a time. Having the freezer section being french doors and even separated sides was a bonus. I just wish the fridge doors closed on their own, but that is the nature of french doors. They Close within a few inches but then you have to push them shut because of the vertical device that has to pivot and act as a seal between the two doors.
We love the built-in bins in the freezer compartments. Won't work for really large items, but if it was a bulk package purchased at a club store, we just take the individual items out of the large box and place them in a bin.
There are refrigerators with shallower door trays but this one is deep enough to handle a gallon of milk. The top door tray won't hold taller bottles (tall ketchup for example), but handles small and medium just fine.
The refrigerator space is well lit, although I wish the freezer spaces had even a small light. I've never had the quick cool/freeze functions but used it the other day after stocking the fridge after a shopping trip.
Overall we are happy with it.

Simple but classy

It is working great on everything. Thanks to God who leads me to get this refrigerator. Many thanks to Frigidaire company who made this style. We love it.
