Excellent quality!!! Cooks food faster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this set!!! I am now going to replace all of my cook ware with this brand!!! This is such a good quality!!! Heavy weight thick stainless steel!!! Evenly cooks with no hot spots! The food cooks fast too because the heat is evenly distributed! I love that what ever I’m cooking in the bottom acts as the heat for the top steamer! So weather your boiling potatoes, making rice or pasta my vegetables on top are steamed in the same container!!!

I have used it to make cioppino and also to boil pretzel bites for baking, and it has performed beautifully. It heats to a boil quickly and retains heat well. I love the interior markings of quarts and liters — so handy! The details are well thought out, especially the rolled edges for drip free pouring! It washed up easily and I know it will look great for many years!

Superior quality, style and versatility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted to try to steam crab legs and lobster at home. The Viking multi cooker pot was the set I was really missing until now. The steaming was easy and both lobster and crab legs came out fantastic! The main pot heats very evenly and is perfect a family pasta gatherings with the pasta insert. The lid fits perfectly that seals the pot just right I also made some corn and fingerling potatoes and they were delicious.

Large size is a positive and a negative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8qt multi-pot is great! It's a high-volume size and heavy duty. The handle on the lid, along with the handles on the pot itself, both stay comfortable to the touch while cooking. The steamer inserts are very convenient. The only drawback I found (which is also a benefit) is the large size, which makes storage options a bit difficult.

The best for pasta

As it is very heavy duty and heats up fast, the water boils fast. Great for steaming veggies and fish also. I highly recommend this Viking Multipot and so happy I have one. Will use it for life it is so well made.
