I've used this every day for a week. If it breaks down or causes problems in the descaling mode will edit my review accordingly.
I hesitated due to the price and negative comments. Bought this machine for $500 on sale as it seemed to be the best on the market after days of research,
I drink my coffee black but have no problems with the heat of the coffee immediately after its been dispensed as well as drinking it 4 hours later in the carafe, no need to microwave my coffee at any point. I also pre-heat my carafe for 1 minute in hot water as suggested in the manual.
The machine is very quiet, fits under my kitchen cabinet, and does not produce 10000 gallons of steam unlike many other machines.
Charcoal filters maybe a bit challenging to buy once I need to do so.
Wishful thinking: remove the stainless steel and built-in weight scale = $200 less in the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

Makes excellent coffee, easy to use and clean but the carafe is poor. Coffee does not stay hot even for 45 minutes. Always have to reheat the second cup. I have had other pots worth 1/10 the price that did a better job of keeping coffee hot. Should be sold with accompanying microwave for reheating. Carafe is very poor. I would likely not buy again because of that.

Best drip coffee maker

It’s been a couple weeks and just loving this coffee maker. Used the ACC-Brew and the weight suggested for coffee. Tried the Manual and guessed at tablespoons of coffee. The perfect comb for us was using the ACC-Brew with our desired amount of coffee/water.
Works great I preheat the cups an carafe with hot water to keep everything really hot.

Makes great coffee. The thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for a long time and easy to clean. We’ve had other thermal carafe coffee makers before, but Wolf’s is impressive. Coffe stays hot.
Love the way it looks & fits on counter right below a cabinet.

Clock does not keep time

Although the coffee from the machine is great, I'm very disappointed in the clock function. I've returned 2 machines - the first clock gained 2 minutes per hour, the second machine gained 4 minutes per hour. Defeats the Program function to have your coffee ready at a certain time in the morning. Now on my third machine - it only gains 1.5 minutes per hour. Bought this on a good sale, so no sure if I'll live with this issue or return it.
