A back surgery problem solver

My wife has had back surgery recently and we chose the Bio-Bidet BB-1000 to provide the answers to the problem of post op care.
The features and adjustments of the 1000 allow the user to customize to their need rather than endure the frustration of a 'one size fits all'.
This seat is a sure-fire answer for recovery and everyday living. Our only regret is we didn't know about it years ago.

Remote connection was very spotty

The remote on this is EXTREMELY finnicky. I have it mounted to the wall about a foot away from the unit and it would work only half of the time or less. I would have to push the buttons multiple times for anything to happen. Even with me simply holding the remote in front of me the connection was very spotty. I tried multiple remotes and even tried another unit and still had the same issue. The bidet itself was pretty good but I would highly suggest going with the model that has the attached remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best ever

This one is the bomb! Really! I’ve had the unit for a while and it is a game changer. I hope they never mess with it or change the remote or the product to “make it better”. It’s already perfect. Don’t fix if it ain’t broke. Love love love this unit. Love BioBidet. I’m a little scared seeing that the company is now owned by someone else but please take my advice. This is the only bidet you should be getting for your home. If you decide to get one make sure you get a water filter and replace it every 6-12 months according to you water quality.

Works great but noisy

I was able to get the bidet installed with no issues and it works great. My only complaints are it is so noisy anyone in the house can tell what you are doing. So privacy is totally gone! Also you don’t get much warm water in the one minute wash! If the unit would have been quieter and more warm water it would have got a 10 rating.

Best bidet on the market

It isn’t what a difference a day makes it’s what a difference a Bidet makes. i’ve had Toto for days in my home and complain to the company of the low water pressure and they informed me that that’s the best water pressure I’ll get from this company‘s product. I just install my new bio bidet and what a difference the water pressure is great and the quality is so much superior I highly recommend this product.

Decent ... not fabulous

This replaces another brand bidet of similar price that lasted 5 years. This one works decent ... but really disappointed with remote -- it is quite oversized, and often have to push 2-3 times to get the spray to start. Also, does not seem to have a light in the bowl. So ... decent, but definitely NOT fabulous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
