great value, lots of features

This is a bidet for a second bathroom, this model is much less expensive than the bb2000 in my master - but it has all the features needed. I like the easy to use side control without having to worry or mount a remote! Handy how to use card for anyone to use came with:) Easy to install.

I've been using this product for several weeks and really think its great. In the past I've used many different ones , and I prefer BioBidet because of its ease of use, ease of installation, and reasonable price.

LOVE IT!

After visiting Japan, my husband was set on getting a bidet at home. After much research we settled on the slim 2. We love it! We love the ease of installation, the child setting and the wall mounted control pad. Highly recommend this product!

This is our second and is even better than our first one. I can't think of any feature that should be installed but changing light colors would be nice.

Nighlight is an issue

The cleaning features are nice and easy to use. Giving only 3 stars because the brackets it comes with to attach the toilet seat are flimsy and did not tighten enough to secure the seat. I ended up having to use the ones from my original toilet seat. Also, you cannot turn the "nightlight" off. This is a very serious flaw in my opinion as the light is an extremely bright blue, which is disruptive to sleep patterns. Definitely not what I want in my face when I use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I end up having to turn on the bathroom light to drown out the neon blue, which defeats the purpose of the nightlight in the first place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful seat that includes so many comforts

I love this bidet. I installed one in every bathroom and my kids really appreciate a warm seat in the cold mornings. The nightlight is helpful and my kids tell their friends that they need to go home to use the bathroom. They try not to go outside the house!!!!

What I’ve been wanting!

Bought this as a gift to myself for Christmas. Couldn’t wait for my husband to install it, but had to install electrical first. Finally it is in and used for the first time today. I’ve wanted one for a long time and so glad I waited to find this one. The Biobidet Slim 1 was the perfect choice for me.

Like the bidet but the toilet seat is an issue

We have had the Bio Bidet for 10 months and really like it. However, the slow close toilet seat no longer works and slams. This is an issue for friends and family. Note, we never sit on the seat when not in use and are average sized people. Not sure if the seat is defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
