Better than the real thing

I grew up in Italy where it was normal to have a bidet next to every toilet and they were used daily. A few months ago I went to a friends place who has the Slim Two and I instantly loved it and wanted to know more about it as I found all its features and options spoke directly to its consumers, knowing exactly what they wanted. I highly recommend this. Told my parents about it yesterday and my mom told not asked me to order her one ASAP... to quiet my father up as he's been wanting to get one but would have to renovate the whole bathroom. Not anymore thanks to Biobidet. Italian stamp of approval! Thank you

Disappointing

We were thrilled to add this bidet to our house seeing as we already owned an Bio Bidet A7, and we love that one so much. After a year of owning the slim two, it completely stopped working. We’ve tried everything in the troubleshooting section of the manual, but it’s not detailed enough to actually solve anything. Unfortunately, our bidet is no longer under warranty, so we’ll just have to consider it a loss. I would not recommend this product, there’s a great selection of better quality bidets offered by this company, but this particular one is not good.

OMG, GLAD I PURCHASED this

We all know what happens when there is NO toilet paper in the stores. I purchased this amazing BioBidet before Corona became a virus. I even had a friend come over and I keep the laminated instructions near the bidet and he came out asking where I purchased it. Which I said they are sold out. Bonus was when I didn't want to continue with the drying amazing how after I get up it turns off. I never read that in the book.

Highly recommended

This is the 2nd seat that I purchase. The size is just right and the function is excellent. We all really enjoy the seat warmer function (especially in winter time). Now just get a 2nd one for the basement. Price seems right and not too expensive (compare to high end) and the functions are good enough for daily use. One consideration is to have a electrical outlet setup next to the toilet.

Wonderful after many years of use

We bought this three years ago. Saves toilet paper. Cleans better than anything else. This should be in every house. Once you try it, you won't regret it. Buy a cheap bidet first. If you like it? Buy a more expensive one. I have recommended three friends and close relatives to buy a bioBidet and they love it very much. It is easy to install and has not leaked. Make sure to reapply lube on the o-ring to make it last longer just in case.

Poor quality

We bought this Slim One less than two years ago, and it started to have less pressure shortly after the one year warranty ended. The water pressure changed every time I unplugged and plugged the unit. And about two months ago, the nozzle part started to leak, the leaking started from 30 minutes and now it won't stop after 3 hours. I was informed the repair cost is as high as purchasing a brand new unit. I have another toilet seat that I used for 8 years from another brand and didn't have any issue so far. I won't purchase this brand again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used to live in Japan and always wanted a "Japanese style toilet/bidet" but couldn't convince the family that it was worth it. Your Slim Two Bidet is so well priced that I finally decided to go for it. Very easy to install and everyone loves it. Thank you!
