Performed well but failed after one year

no longer sprays water even after hard reset . Seat developes little small black dots all over, especially on sensor side. Hinges show cracks on both sides. So disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it last week Slim One and installed..Actually, I have old non- electric bidet 2 years ago. It's perfect, I really find one.

Great seat but poor quality soft close damper

I have bought 2 of these from Costco, the soft close damper on the first one failed after 3 months, I had tried to contact bioBidet via email to get a replacement damper but never get any reply, hence have to return it and order a second one and the same parts failed today as well after 5 months of use, will try to contact bioBidet again but not sure they will reply!
The soft close mechanism on my other regular toilets been working fine for years without any problem, so I have to assume that the soft close damper used in the Slim One is just poor quality! But the seat functions great and that is why I am keeping it.

I love having the heated water and night light

I really like saving on toilet paper since we have a septic system in the country where we have to have it pumped every few years. It just feels so much cleaner than using toilet paper. I thought the teenagers would have a hard time adjusting but they took right to it. I love all the features except the dryer. It would take 10 min. for that to completely dry you. It was also missing a pad for under the seat. Not a big deal but you want all of what you purchased to be there and not to have to go back out for something. I purchased this 3 weeks ago and everything has held up and my family and I are satisfied.

I just received my new slim one. got it up and running in no time. I was pretty skeptical but holy moly. game changer. the only thing that could make this better would be a longer power cord but I just ordered a foot long extension cord so that should do the trick. im definitely happy with this product. I just hope it lasts and has no leaks. one other thing that would be good is if the seat was able to be stood on.but don't let that deter you. buy ya a bidet!

Less than a year water stops spraying

I bought my slim 2 last spring and it was great. Recently I am having problems with the unit not spraying water. The nozzle comes out but that's about it. What I have found to help fix the problem sometimes is to shut off the water supply and flip the whole unit up. There is a water pressure valve or cover that I have to open to release the pressure. I lock that valve back and everything seems to work normally for a few days and I would repeat the cycle.
I can't really recommend this unit because of that. I also have the bio bidet bb-600. That unit is much older but still working well for me.

The answer to the toilet paper shortage

My wife and I used the fancy toilets in Japan and always wanted to own one in our home. Due to the toilet paper shortage, we began our research and found Bio-Bidet. We purchased the Slim One Bidet and have never looked back. A few guests who have visited us and have used the toilet left our bathroom only to let us know: "well, that was an experience," We have recommended Bio-Bidet to just about everyone we have talked with or visited us. Fairly easy install and use. Love it!
