What a phenomenal deal for all of the amazing luxurious features it comes with. I’m in love! It was also super easy to install…this is my 2nd Bio Bidet seat and they truly are fantastic!

East to get used to

The installation was pretty easy except for the seat release button. The instructions didn't help me find where it was. A quick call to service had that resolved. I find the water wash to be easier to get used to than I thought and a better cleaning job than toilet tissue

I love my new bio bidet slim 2!

I bought my bidet a month ago and hadn’t tried it until recently because we were having a very hard time getting the old Kohler toilet seat… but it was worth the wait!! I love my Bio Bidet Slim 2 and the features that it has. My favorite feature is the warm seat especially during these cold upcoming winter months. The warm water feature is awesome too. It’s small tank of warm water but seemingly justttt enough. I love the wireless control that comes with it too! It’s super user friendly and easy to use even if you are new to bidets like me! It also was pretty easy to install… certainly easier than getting the old toilet seat off which we had to saw off. Worth it!! Just a heads up, I feel like electrical cord is catered towards people with new homes and a specific outlet NEXT to the toilet to plug in, so the cord is quite short and I needed to get a compatible extension cord. It doesn’t look great considering my outlet is above my sink but I’m gonna make it work because I love my new bidet. I def recommend this product for its features and good price. Thanks Bio Bidet! ♥️

Great features but watch out for failing parts

This was the second bidet seat we purchased for our home. It had great features and was a good price. Unfortunately, after only owning the bidet for 2 years, the lid damper failed. There is no way to just purchase a new damper so you have to get a whole seat. The cost was about 25% of what I paid for the bidet when I bought it. Also, the inside spray wand is already corroding. Seems like such a waste of money. I would not recommend this product.

Love, love, love it

After going on a cruise and using a bidet when we came home we had to have one. We purchased the HD 7000 elongated seat. There are so many things about it that I enjoy but mostly I love the heated seats and the light. The bidet is a very quiet running and self cleaning. I think the next one we purchase will be the remote controlled one but not until this one fails which I don’t think it will.

Great Bidet for the money

we have had this bidet for over 3 yr's - injured my dominate hand/arm in a accident - this has truly been a blessing as difficulties of wiping my rear was a challenge! I miss the bidet when we go out of town just for the fact that i feel comfortable when used!! Just bought another one for the wifes bathroom as she luvs using mine!

Great for a little while

We bought this back when Covid lock down started. Very shortly later noticed it discolored easy... now it barely sends out any water, its been making awful creaking noises for months and generally is just awful now.
