Great Shower

I am a home flipper.Every home I have ever sold many go straight to the bathroom to see how lavishing it really is.I for one loved this cover in my newly sold home and the buyers were pleased with the seat.

Good but it cannot be detached.

It works well and is easy to install.
However, once it is installed, I cannot detach it from the "plate" that is screwed to the toilet.
Did I mess up the connection between the bidet and the plate?
Is there any "click" mechanism that connects the toilet and the plate? If so, how can I unlock the click mechanism?

Hello,
Thank you for sharing this information. When installing the bidet you should of heard a click. That means that it is properly installed. To remove the bidet from the catch plate you will press in the release button located on the back right hand side looking at the bidet. Once pressed in you can glide the bidet forward to remove. Slim Two

We are on our second bidet and went with the Slim Two. We thought the main price difference was the lack of a blow dryer but the enema function is much, much weaker, and ineffective. Since the first one lasted 12 years, I’m not looking forward to 12+ years of this model. I recommend bidets and this company, but not this model if Constipation is a concern.

Dead on Arrival

I recently purchased the Bio Bidet HD 7000; the Home Depot exclusive model. The installation could not be easier. After reading the manual I went for a test drive. To my dismay the unit does not respond to any button on the control pad. When the unit is plugged into the GFI outlet it goes through what appears to be a standard startup sequence culminating in the spray nozzle extending and retracting a couple of times.
Following a comprehensive visual inspection there does appear to be some degree of damage on the water temp button. When depressed there is no tactile response as is the case from every other button. I can only determine that this unit is DOA. Yah me! I guess I'm headed to home depot.

This is my second Bio Bidet. This Slim Two model has more functions. And here in lovely Minnesota having a nice warm heated seat and warm water use...is a real comfort. Truly think everyone in cold climates would love this Bio Bidet...yes my house is heated but a never enough on the 2nd floor. Plan to make a Slim Two a gift for my sons birthday he had purchased cold water spray hose for his toilet...can not image using COLD warm.
I would recommend this to a friend!
