I purchased the Slim One in early June to replace an older Brondell unit and was delighted to find a full range of features I associated with higher end bidets. Very pleased with functionality, convenience and design.

We bought and installed this a few weeks ago. The install was fairly easy, although a online tutorial would have been welcomed. Great features and works like a charm so far!

I purchased two of these Slim Twos (one for each bathroom), and our rear-ends couldn't be more pleased. Between the heated seats and the warm water, this is a homerun! Great value for such a fullyl featured Bidet!

We are very pleased with our Slim Two. Never having used a bidet before we really didn't know what to expect. We wish that the remote had a little better description of how to use/or what to expect of the selections. My wife gave it 4 stars because she thought it just a tad confusing but I give it a 5. All in all I guess that it comes down to a learning experience. With the thicker seat it is probably best to use it (the bidet) on a regular height toilet. Ours is a taller, handicap toilet and it makes it a little tall to sit on. Oh yes, BTW, It is late December now and we never use the heated seat which really is a waste of money.

Easy to Install!

This was extremely easy to install and had sturdy mounting bolts. Everything functioned properly immediately upon plugging it in. We couldn't be more pleased and ordered a second one for the hall bathroom the day after we installed this one.

When I bought it I was a bit skeptical. Now I enjoy the comforts and igiene that it provides me. It is definitely more hygienic and comfortable. I have recommended it to my friends.

I travel overseas for work and am frequently in hotels with bidets. I never consider it for my own home. But I received mine as a gift and won't ever go back to a plain seat again. The warm seat in Wisconsin winters is a huge plus! Thank you for such a great product! I can't wait to try other models!
