This was bought as a to my cousin. He really likes it. I also did a test use and keyboard and speed was great. I have an older Ideapad and will look at replacing with a T490s when yhe comes.
Great computer - quality components and build, responsive. Love the touchscreen. My wife bought a less expensive Lenovo recently and it's been junk, so spending more gets you better quality
Disappointing product quality, the screen has faulty pixels, the keyboard keys are hit and miss in terms of whether they letter you pressed is actually displayed, not sure whether it's a fault issue or the keyboard is of low quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The laptop itself is fantastic. Shipping was a nightmare - it took more than 25 days from order placement until order received. An online chat after 15 days and a phone call after 20 days and I was not provided anything more than "call us back in 3 business days for an update".
