My T490s stopped working after on week- cant get any power.

On my second to be dead on arrival after returning the first. Waste of time and a horrible disappointment. I've been buying Lenovo computers for two decades... that may stop.

Wifi and Bluetooth not working consistently and camera quality is bad

Blue screen within 20 minutes

Seemed to work fine for the first 20 minutes or so. Then blue screen of death. After hours of getting transfered over and over through tech support I have exchanged it. Tech support was a rough. Sales staff were great to be fair. Will change my review if the next one is better. Otherwise I'll return this next one and try another brand I guess. Waste of my time so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been purchasing Lenovo ThinkPads since the day they started producing them. They are the most reliable laptops on the market. I encourage everyone to purchase Lenovo products.
I've use Lenovo Thinkpads for over 20 years for the sole reason that Lenovos are normally built to take a beating from heavy use and being moved around. This unit has a new electrical plug device (similar to the iphone) is cheap and flimsy (hence the one star rating). The plug will soon snap rendering the computer useless likely when I need it the most. Too much stress. I should not have to buy a backup cable. Shoddy design and I expect better from Lenovo.

Its a great laptop but it overheats a lot and sound system is not that great.
