It?s a good camera. Does a good job. The only downfall is that if it loses power or WiFi. It will not reconnect. That needs to be fixed to be 5 stars. Iv had to unplug the power many times at the outlet after outages to reconnect.. If you are in a area with a lot of power outages. Don?t get this camera until it?s fixed

Highly recommend this camera. Easy to install and setup. Quick search for recorded data. I just wish I bought more before they were all sold out.

First camera. Easy setup. Free app and works fine even though my internet speed is below recommended speed . App is simple and I like its features. Only problem is the home and away feature usually doesn't detect my location .

We just got out of
on January 20, 2020

We just got out of a cold snap with lows of -38 C (-36 F) and with highs of -30 C for almost a week (outside cameras were not against a heated wall, so full temperature exposure). Cameras continued to work (24/7 continuous recording) and there was no problems with the recorded video/audio. The only thing we did find was that if it was closer to -38 C the video feed seemed like it could only send bursts of video, 3 seconds, then it would pause catch its breath and then send another 3 seconds. We have some inside cameras (same model) and they did not have the buffering problem so we believe the issue was just because of the extreme cold. When the temperature warmed up -20 C (-4 F) the problem went away.
If we really had the need (who is outside at -38 anyways) we could have brought the flash drive inside. These cameras are able to function beyond the manufactures suggested operating low range (-30C)

Got this camera set up to show my drive way a few days ago. Am disappointed that it doesn't give you a very loud alert that someone is coming through the drive way.
