TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY.

The bluetooth DOES NOT WORK. I tried for three hours to get it to work. I have tried everything. Nothing worked. For a headphone advertised to be bluetooth compatible, MAYBE TRY MAKING IT WORK WITH BLUETOOTH.

Doesnt work with samsung soundbar & cant return

1) These plastic headphones do not synch with my samsung soundbar and 2) returns are not easy. Your website is not recognizing my item # and I am still waiting for a live person to return my plea for assistance. Lame :-(

I am satisfied with the headphones. they are great with the over ear build, noise cancelling, fast pairing, and more features that make the features amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although I turn them off the battery drains itself, so I can use them only once after charging.

Build quality

I got two pairs & both rattle at higher volumes on bass. Makes listening unenjoyable, mind you the songs are professionally mixed at appropriate levels. These are cheap!!!!

The sound quality is great. the problems I have is sometimes you can't turn them off. We have 2 sets, both have the same issue. the other is that it always butts in and says" google assistant is not connected", duh I don't have one. I want to disable this feature
