Only complaint I have is the battery life. Expected it to be more like me JBL Reflect Minis 2.

I got it this month but the day before the left ear piece stopped working like none of my music was playing from that side and the right side works, what is the cause or the problem to it.

Great Potential

Just like the Endurance line of earbuds these had so much potential. However they share the same problem which is the inability to consistently get a good seal in the ear canal. With earbuds getting a good seal is absolutely essential if you want to have good sound. With the Tune220TWS it takes around 5-10 minutes of manipulation to achieve this which is less then needed for the Endurance line of earbuds. However one fitted correctly I cannot move my head or move my mouth in any way. However just like with the Endurance once you do get a good seal the sound quality is astounding to say the least. The sound is a little too bass heavy for my tastes but that can easily be fixed with some minor equalization. The only other issue I have is the lack of support for any HD bluetooth codecs like AptX. Perhaps my ears are shaped in a strange way that makes it difficult to fit JBL's earbuds. In the past I have had nothing but great experiences with JBL products and have been completely satisfied with my purchases and I hope that will be the case in the future.

Great Sound, Poor Battery

I've purchased these back in late March, and so far the sound quality and fit have been pretty good. However, when it comes to battery life these headphones suffer. At a full charge, while listening at full volume, the battery typically lasts just over an hour. If you like to listen to music at max volume when you workout/are doing computer work then I'd recommend you purchase something else.

Poor Battery Life

The sound is great, bass is nice. I've had these for a little over a month, and very disappointed. Often times during phone calls, it cuts out and you can't here the other party. The biggest complaint is that the battery life is less than 3 hours total.

Good sound but cheaply made and bad battery Life

Bought a pair about 4 months ago and was quite happy at first and the sound quality has never disappointed. BUT the construction of the headphones feels cheap, the silicone covering the earpieces started to separate on mine after 3 months of daily use making them painful to wear for any period of time and the battery life at 3 hours (if you’re lucky) and the charge time of 1.5 hours has become far more frustrating than I ever thought possible.

Surprised this is a JBL product!

I purchased these headphone following the incredible quality of my flip speakers but they are nothing compared to them. They are cheap plastic, they hurt my ears and the sound quality is far from the JBL quality I am used to. Not recommended.

Very bad battery.

The first pair I got was broken so I've had to send them back. The second one, after I've used them like 10 times,when I take them off of the case (so they're supposed to be fully charged) the battery lasts 20 minutes, and that makes them a total waste of money. I give two stars just because the customer service has been nice and fast.
