my boyfriend bought me these a few weeks ago, the battery only lasts for 2 hrs listening to music, did I get a bad pair?

Our JBL Tune 220TWS give you up to 3 hours of nonstop sound (depending on the type of music and volume level) plus another 16 hours from the pocket-sized charging case. After 30min they are off and where is 3 hours sound.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love JBL sound, I hate that finally they made a pair like this but not anything for water sweat protection ?

The pairing was easy, and they connect quickly. Great sound....good bass. They stay in the ear, but they can fall out depending on your activity.

Got them to help cope with this pandemic lol. In all honesty they were worth the buy. I own multiple speakers by JBL and cant complain about any of them, but this time wanted earbuds.I just suggest using these at a less active state due to them not having caps. Would not suggest doing high impact activities with these but other then that, would recommend. Went with the green btw ;)

Comfortable

I just received these in the mail and when I tried them on I was happy with the way they fit. The reason I chose these earbuds over others is because they looked like they would feel similar to apple earbuds, and they do, which I like. I took off a star because the sound is pretty flat, not sure if this pair is defective but there is no bass whatsoever. Luckily I mostly use them to listen to podcasts and movies/TV shows during work and not music so it shouldn’t be an issue for me. If you’re looking for earbuds for music, I would not recommend these.
