Battery problem

I don't know why but my earbuds last only 45mins after a full charge please I need help on that.

Disappointing - Great headphones when they work

I bought the JBL Tune 220TWS last fall and from the start the battery live was very short. Far from the expected live based on what was advertised. After a couple of months the battery live got worse and worse until a got fed up and returned them to the store. They sent the pair to the repair shop and after about 4 weeks I finally got a replacement.
The new pair worked very well. Was really happy with them, battery live was as advertised and the sound was very good. This lasted for about 3 months until the right headphone stopped working and simply did not power up when it was removed from the charger box. I've returned the new headphones to the shop and I probably have to wait for 3-4 weeks for them to deem the headphones officially as unserviceable and provide a replacement. So waiting for my third pair in less then 6 months....yay!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not charge

I recieved these as a present around 5 moths ago. One of the earbuds will just not charge; I tried to clean it but to no avail. There is a reason these are cheaper than Bose and Apple Airpods. Disappointed.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you cleaned the battery contact points on the charging case and on the earbuds and the headphones are still not charging then the unit must be damaged internally. Sound is the ONLY redeeming quality

These things have been plagued with problems. Weird connection issues, dreadful battery life. They will sometimes randomly not connect, or only one earpiece will connect.
The battery life is a straight up lie. I have yet to get over 5 hours of combined battery life, even including the “charging” case.
The sound quality is actually pretty good, when they want to work. It’s the only reason these don’t deserve zero stars, but still nowhere near worth the price.

We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Tune 225TWS has a maximum of 5 hours at a normal volume and a minimal bass content. While the charging case has an additional 20hrs of music playtime when you charge it from a low-battery state. Dies shortly

I recently started using these about 2-3 weeks ago. Pretty decent quality, earbud controls are very easy to access. However, the right earbud no longer charges. The right earbud is also required to pair with Bluetooth.

You can also rest the earphones:

Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again.

This restores to factory defaults.

super disappointed

This does not work, I bought it for about 8 months. The headphones turn off by itself and the battery box is full and does not connect again. I was never able to enjoy this product.

Barely lasts 2 hours

Not sure why my wireless jbl buds last less than 2 hours. I’ve charged and recharged but when I go out running only 1 1/2 hours into my run they lose power.

The best alternative to a AirPods Pro!!

Just got them about 2 weeks ago, and I am really impressed with these earbuds. About the half the cost of Airpods Pros, you are getting just as good as Airpods. I have actually compared the both listening side to side. Acutally, jbl 220 tws sounded better in some classical and jazz music!! Bass is not thumping sound but true honest bass and mid and high tones are perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a affordable, compact and high quality sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!
