Simply a bad product

As for the most of the customers the left earbuds doesn't work after short time. It's a shame that JBL sells a product with an average life length of 2 weeks. STRONGLY NOT SUGGESTED it's a waste of money

Good but not without it's flaws

It is a good pair of eurbuds and superior to airpods in sound quality but Ive been having a problem the leds keep blinking and i Cant activatie the right earbud so i Cant listen to music
I would recommend this to a friend!

Save your $$ ! Dont purchase

Ive always liked this brand . I wanted some bluetooth earbuds and decided to purchase these. It states that they’re PURE BASS , but they really aren’t . Im disappointed with my purchase . They aren’t that loud and no base .

Spend your money on a better pair

Battery life is absolute garbage wouldn’t care if you could charge the main headphone while you listen to the other, absolute waste of money. Sound quality isn’t anywhere near what they advertise. You can’t turn the volume up or down and people can’t understand you when you talk on the phone.

Our JBL Tune 220TWS's play time hours varies on the volume level and music content. Volume level can only be adjusted via source.

Great sound but very poor battery life

I bought a month and a half ago. at the beginning everything worked well, sound is really good as it says in the specifications. After using the earbuds for for a few weeks the batter didn't last for than 2 hours of play. Either the case doesn't fully charge or the issue with the batteries. Very disappointed it is not a cheap product. Going to contact customer service to issue the warranty, will how JBL customer service is, I read other reviews many people complain about play time. FYI according the spec it suppose to last up to 19 hours of music play I don't recommend this product for sure, try another brand

Bought this, packing seemed as if it was returned and the volume on the ear pods aren't clear.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Please try using a different music player and if you're using an equalizer, turn it off. You can also rest the earphones:
Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores to factory defaults.
