Disappointed

I happily bought these headphones less than 3 months ago and now they can't keep power even for 20min. Very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not worth it!

The device worked fine for 2 months and suddenly stopped working. I didnt drop it nor is there any damage to the device. I tried to factory reset it couple of times and it doesn't help at all. It has issues connecting to phone. I wish this product was better tested by JBL I hear so many complaints from people using this. Totally not worth it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super disappointing.

My husband and I each bought a pair of these, I loved them at first but BOTH of ours have sooo many issues connecting. They never just work. Usually only one earphones works at a time Bc the headphones won’t pair to each other. The only thing JBL will do is a send a new pair but this is unhelpful Bc it seems like this is just a design issue on all of them.

Disappointing

First time (after charging) the left earbud was not turning on/working. The shop then replaced them and (after charging the replacement) the right earbud was not turning on/working. Having read the reviews online, it seems that there are also other issues identified with this product e.g. most common are issues with connectivity. It has been a month since the purchase and (even though it was supposed to be delivered at my door and this is what has been paid for), I ended up having had to visit the retailer's shop 4 times and wait days for service to check in order confirm that the product is faulty. Total disappointment. Not worth it.

If the left ear pod is silent, please perform a new pairing with the right pod as shown in the quick-start guide. Take them out of the charging case and click the center button on both the left and the right pod 3 times. This forces a new pairing between the pods, and the left pod should automatically pair with the right pod from now on once you remove both pods from the charging case. If you still cannot get the Left ear to play, please perform a factory reset by placing both pods in the charging case, while the charging case is charging. Now press the button on the right pod, and hold it for more than 5 seconds. If the issue persists, contact JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi

Ear buds

Bought these few days ago can’t get a hold of anyone from JBL sent the emails brand new won’t connect to my iPhone Pro Max and the right ear bud doesn’t even work very disappointing. I have multiple speakers never had an issue but these aren’t impressive.
