Honestly not impressed at all

I bought these awhile back and have used them plenty. These fall out of the ear very easily. They aren’t made for any kind of activity other than sitting and standing. They don’t really fit into the ear. Mostly just sit in the ear lobe. They don’t really keep outside sounds out at all. I have a 10 dollar paid of headphones that sound just as good if not maybe a little better which is very disappointing. they advertise some rediculous battery life and charging capability for the case. If I’m lucky I’ll get 45 minutes of continuous play before a charge. The charging case doesn’t hold a charge for very long. So if they sit around for a couple weeks expect to charge them before use. The case it’s self doesn’t seem to charge the headphones all they way up sometimes. Honestly very disappointed with these. Save your money or buy a different pair cuz these aren’t worth it.

High quality!

Received these for Christmas after loving JBL’s portable speakers. These are no different! They fit amazing, super comfortable when going to the gym as I was using wired ones before which got in the way. After a while I forget I even have them in. The buttons on the side make changing songs and answering calls really easy - sound quality on calls is amazing too. Siri also works and is clear. Recommend if you want lightweight earphones - and the case is sleek and handy too.

Will not charge

Recently bought JBL Tune220 two- useless. Will not charge whatsoever. Worthless.

Charging issues

I got my earphones in December (1.5 months ago) and the one earbud is not charging. This is super disappointing as I work in the Maldives and I had to get someone to search for these earphones and then bring them to me all the way from South Africa. And there is no place in the Maldives to buy replacement earphones. I was always completely loyal to JBL but now I wish I bought a different brand.

Sound is good but I think it's not worth the price. Sometimes it's disconnects or it's not pairing easily to the phone/computer. Have to charge the earbuds every hour and that is making the overall ordeal unpleasant if you're going to use it for long periods of time. Just not worth the price.

bad user exerience

they are always not charging i their case and everytime i try to use them they are always battery low...
Mind you this is the second pair i got after the first ones failed becuase of the same problem

Please make sure that the charging pins on the case of your Tune 220TWS are clean from dirt or any residue to ensure it will have direct contact charging with the earbuds. We would also recommend checking the magnet, there should be a slight click when placing the buds on the case. Can't connect headphones to W10 laptop

I bought the Tune 220TWS few days ago but I can't connect to the laptop. I can connect to phone and to another W10 laptop, therefore it's not an issue of the headphones but I'd like to know if there is any reason/cause that can be solved in your experience. The headphones are entering correctly in pairing mode, the bluetooth of laptop is seeing the headphones but after few seconds the white led is flashing. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Must have ear buds for the gym

Beautiful color, fits right in the ear no problem. Deep base especially for 8D music. Best earbuds by far. Absolutely no complaints. Bought some for the entire family
