My partner bought this jbl earphones for me in Amsterdam airport and because he's in a hurry, he doesn't have time to test it and sadly when he tries it, the left side is not functioning! Sucks!

Best earbuds I ever had

Good sounds, the manual is easy to understand and the buds fit perfectly in my ears without falling out

Can't be use individually between left and right on a phone call. Just the right side or both. Also battery dies to quick. Maybe an hour of talk.

The right earbud is the primary bud that only connects to your phone while the left earbud connects to the right to have sound. Good sound, poor connectivity.

Got it as a gift and planned to use during MS Teams calls. Though sound quality is OK the headphones get disconnected after couple of minutes which makes them useless :-(((

Turns off after 10/15 minutes use during PC calls

After 10/15 minutes's use during zoom/Microsoft Teams calls through my PC, the earphones stop sending others' voices, though I can be heard from the other attendees. I have to disconnect and re-connect every time...it is really annoying. This happens only during PC calls not with phone calls. It has never happened with my previous earphones. Is there anything wrong in the setting? How can I sort out the problem?

Bought this yesterday and the left earbuds keeps on going off with the indication it’s on low battery having been in its case for over 6 hours

Does not work for too long

From the beginning even when it was fully charged, the battery lasted up to an hour. The left earphone from the beginning the battery lasted up to half an hour and sometimes it didn't even work. (it's not getting charged), I send it to be checked and they said it has no problem at all. And it still doesn't work. But the sound is really good.

No written user manual is disappointing

Just received these as a Christmas gift. I have not used them much, just enough to determine that they work. What disappoints me is the lack of a written user manual. I know what they say about the worth of pictures, but in this case I do not think that statement is true. I would rather have the words that tell me what all of those symbols mean. I was not raised with the pictograph language, please consider written information as well as your pictures. Even if you only publish it on your website doing so would be better than the printed Quick Start Guide that comes in the box.
