A total disappointment

They’re not worth half the price. Total absence of bass, are easily disconnected, latency is equal to low-level headphones and to end the embarassing autonomy. If you listen to music at high volume, in an hour are completely empty, in call do not last even an hour and a half. The audio is low, you have to get up to maximum to feel good. A total disappointment from one of your ten-year-old client.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sounds great, but everything else lets it down

not multi-point, very disappointing (so need to disconnected from laptop so they'll reconnect to phone) and vice versa. Also keep dropping connection from phone for audio, even though the controls still work, so Spotify will suddenly come out of the phone speaker

Goes bad quickly

I bought these a few months ago and have not subjected them to heavy use. But still, the batteries last for only an hour max now, the same is with the case which has can still only charge them twice if lucky. In addition, the bluetooth connection drops every 30m or so during videocalls.
This is a shame as the sound quality and comfort of wearing are good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constantly switching off

After a whole night of charge the headphones switch off after a few minutes of use. They are fairly new too.

Poor battery life and minimal features

I only get about an hour of talk time out of each charge and the battery drains quickly. Save your money. It would be nice if these had volume adjustment too, but there's basically just play and stop assuming you can get enough battery life out of these to need to stop what you're listening to.

Overrated

They sit quite well in my ears. The sound is nothing but average. They stay connected to android phone better then PC, but also if you have them connected and not paying any sound they will self disconnect after 10min. So it's not possible to have them on standby whilst driving your car, you'd have to release the steering wheel with both hands for more than 3 seconds for you to reconnect them to the phone and do that every 10min if you don't get any calls meanwhile. I don't know, they are ok, but I can't say that I'm happy with the product.

Sounds great battery sucks

I bought a pair then left ear bud wouldnt keep charge so i returned them for new pair and now same thing battery in left ear bud has 5minute use time then dead

Poor Battery life and disconnects

Hello,
even if I had used them 10/12 times from June when I got them, battery life is now around 1 hour or less. How?
Moreover, when I'm on a call on the phone, after a while the earpods disconnect and I need to go back to the phone, loose track of the conversation and if I'm driving I can't get back to it.
Can you help?
