Such an improvement on our old air conditioner!

I bought this unit in May 2016 to replace a 17- year old air conditioner. What an amazing difference! The eco setting is terrific> The unit cycles on and off to keep the temperature exactly where you want it. and because it does not run continuously, the electricity use is lower too. It's not too loud when running, and it was easy to install. In fact, I was so happy with this unit that I bought two smaller ones for other rooms in my house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great AC even in heat wave!

My old frigidaire stopped working so I got this one. Great features and keeps my attic bedroom cool even in heat waves!

I needed an AC unit to cool down my garage. When it is 100 degrees outside and you put a hot car in our garage, it got extremely hot. We had to do something and the Frigidaire 12,000 BTU window AC does the rick. It dropped the temperature and keeps it down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got it for my living room and works fine and that is really cool almost whole living room. But the sound little noisy but almost all the ac are same problem.

Somewhat disappointed. I was advised to purchase one with more BTU output than I really need. This one should cool up to 550 sf. Our home is 432 sf. It works good if the outside temp does not go above100. In southern Arizona we have many days above 110 degrees.
On a 110 degree day, with the bedroom door closed, it cools the front area (288 sf) to around 81 degrees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Ross45. Can you please confirm the model and serial number so we may review your warranty coverage and assist further with a repair visit? Please also keep in mind the air conditioner unit is only designed to cool about 15-20ºF less than what the outside temperature is in your area. If you are experiencing higher temperatures in the 90’s you will not be able to cool the atmosphere inside your home below 70-75ºF successfully.
