12,000 BTU Window Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My central heating & air unit went out and I needed a temporary solution to cool my home. It is a small 1200 sq. ft. ranch. It is being used for most of the house as I close off two bedrooms during the day. So far it has been doing well.
It has a small dent on the back top left side from shipping that does not efect preformance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a larger BTU Frigidaire window unit and it lasted many years. Still worked when I replaced it with a new Frigidaire window unit. However in two different bedrooms, I put two other brands. The digital board on each would not work after a couple of years but they worked with the remotes. Just replaced one of those two with this Frigidaire 12000BTU. Next I will be replacing the other not named brand with a Frigidaire next year.
