Works amazing

I went with this unit because the price was great for this unit .My husband said It's a bit smaller and lighter than our previous 10,000 BTU so that's also a huge plus because it's easier to install. We're cooling about 400 sq ft with this unit no problem. If its 85 degrees in the house and we turn the unit on within 30 minutes its dropped to 70 degrees. I love that the remote is a bit bigger because it's easier to keep track of. Also pretty quiet. I work from home and this unit doesn't interfere with work calls or zoom meetings at all. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Nice Window Mounted Room Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire 12,000 BTU window air conditioner does a good job cooling and with the remote sensor turned on it will cycle on and off to keep the room cool. The remote control has the temperature sensor, and the unit monitors the room temperature and turns the unit on when cooling is needed. Installation is easy. This unit was purchased to replace a similar Frigidaire window a/c unit that I purchased in 2014 that had developed a freon leak. I would recommend the Frigidaire 12,000 BTU unit.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was 99 degrees last week with high humidity, but it cooled over 800 sq ft of living room/‘kitchen within 3-4 degrees all the way around to the farthest corner of the attached kitchen. And it did it even more quietly than tmy other AC units that have less BTU.
It does have some condensation on the underneath, outside only, but a little closer to the edge of the house than I’d like.
