[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a bad time with my old A/C unit and was so glad I could get a quality A/C for a great price. I just had it installed and it's test run worked out good. Have to wait until temps rise to get full use out of it.

Reliable but not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is known for being reliable but despite all these years it is not 100 percent perfect. First, the styrofoam insulation inside does not make this model look sturdy or fancy, no matter what grade styrofoam. Also, the dry setting didn't really dry the air based on my humidity readings and the sleep setting too quickly turns off (no one goes to sleep immediately). As of now, I would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a small business owner! Have a 338 square foot building, was looking for a sleek energy efficient unit to cool the space. Since I work 13-14 hours each day in my space. I went with the 12,000 BTU , and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. The unit came very well wrapped and setup was a breeze. The instructions were very simple and helpful. Installation went perfect . Turn the unit on and immediately started filing my space. The only downfall I have with the unit is the noise factor. The description online stated the unit itself is compared to a electric toothbrush running! This unit is way louder than that! But overall extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Loving my new air conditioner

My family has one and theirs works so well that's what made me buy one for myself. It really keeps my living room area cool. I love the fact I can set the temp and it will go on and off as the temperature fluctuates.

Quiet Cooling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several window unit air conditioners in the 19 years of owning this home, but the Frigidaire FFRE123WA1 12,000BTU unit I recently purchased is by far the quietest. I was fortunate to find the unit on sale just as the weather was warming up. The cooling capacity is unparalleled, as one would expect from Frigidaire, but it was the quietness of the unit that really impressed me. Yes, the unit has all of the bells and whistles, like an Energy-Star rating, washable filter, three fan speeds, ECO mode, remote control, and programmable timer, but I wasn't expecting to be able to watch TV in the same room while it was on. Thank you Frigidaire for giving me my living room back.
