Powerful cool

It cools as well as our old a/c and being an Energy Star product will be cheaper to run. I read reviews from consumer sites and opted for this #2 rated unit because it was much cheaper than the #1 rated unit. Good product at a good price

Great Cooling but Noisy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to cool of an upstairs. It works great, but I swear its getting louder as the days go on when it is cranking! It is very noisy on high fan for cooling. It does the job, but definitely much louder than the first couple of days. Also, the back side and the edges of the air conditioner came in very damaged, even though it was in the box through shipment. Was unsure how this was possible, but the unit was damaged.

Quiet, quality and recirculates room air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for the ability to cool by using recirculated room air. Live in area that has alot of fires. When its smokey can't use swamp cooler or air conditioner that can't recirculate room air. Plus its more energy efficient cooling room air than hot outside air. Wish could find that feature more often and with smaller coolers. Thank You Frigidaire

Great cooling power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this unit in a 400 sq ft, vaulted ceiling cabin - cools quickly and maintains accurate temperature.
Some reviews say this unit is loud, my take - it has a powerful fan and moderate noise level.
Would I purchase again, definitely.

Great air conditioner for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. Using this in my living room in a desert environment. Remote is a good size and thick, so it is easy to grip. Like how it takes regular batteries rather than the button cell ones. A/C doesn't vibrate when in use, and it puts out a good volume of air on all fan speeds. It is a bit loud on high fan speed, but I rarely use that setting so that isn't an issue for me. It cools very well and quickly. Louvers work smoothly in all directions. LEd lights on the front telling me which settings I am using are bright, but not blindingly so. Front panel design is clean, curvy and looks good. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
