[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Based on an issue we had with one of the two Frigidaire 1200 btu air conditioners being resolved quickly. We bought two more this year. We have four of the same model being used in the house. Besides customer service, ease of use, energy efficiency and remote control went into our decision.

Just one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit really cools down the area very fast but when the condenser kicks on there is a vibration that is very noisy and annoying until the condenser turns off again. Outside of that I enjoy what it can do on a hot day.

Love my Frigidaire
