Best "Set it and forget it" appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and placed it in a 3 room apartment, mainly to keep the bedroom cool. It has been set at 70 degrees in ECO mode and the whole apartment maintains a very even, very comfortable temperature. Fantastic window unit for the price!

Outstanding features that could work a bit better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air conditioner works well, and I love the remote temperature sensing function. However, it only works with a line of sight between the remote control and the A/c unit. If the remote is not faced directly at the unit, it loses signal and the unit no longer senses the temperature at the remote.
I purchased this model specifically for that feature, and it works okay, but could definitely be improved.

Beautiful AC

This latest one is beautiful and looks sleek and sharp in our window. It is quieter than previous units and it cools the house down quickly. The price was very competitive also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great at keeping the house cool and we love the economy feature that lets the air conditioner come on at intervals and senses the room temperature and then, if necessary, the compressor kicks in and cools the room to your preset temperature.
