Best "Set it and forget it" appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and placed it in a 3 room apartment, mainly to keep the bedroom cool. It has been set at 70 degrees in ECO mode and the whole apartment maintains a very even, very comfortable temperature. Fantastic window unit for the price!

Outstanding features that could work a bit better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air conditioner works well, and I love the remote temperature sensing function. However, it only works with a line of sight between the remote control and the A/c unit. If the remote is not faced directly at the unit, it loses signal and the unit no longer senses the temperature at the remote.
I purchased this model specifically for that feature, and it works okay, but could definitely be improved.
