Love this window air conditioner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd window ac like this and I love it. It’s cooling a 550 sq ft area with no problem. The remote sensor is great - it helps be sure the room stays the perfect temperature. I would not hesitate to recommend this window air conditioner.

Some times the outside temperature can play a part in your air conditioner cooling the location immediately, whether you have central and heat or a portable air conditioner. For optimal performance, selecting the correct sized air conditioner for the room’s square footage is essential for efficient cooling, and larger is not always better.
If you still have the air conditioner and it is correct size for your room, and the air conditioner does not feel cool to your liking. You want to ensure that the filter is cleaned. You also want to ensure that the front of air conditioner is not blocked by drapes, blinds, furniture, etc. As this can restrict air distribution.

Place of drainage?

I bought this unit a few years ago and had no problems, but recently it has been leaving a stream of water down my siding. I can find no information on a designated drainage area for condensation online or in these FAQs, I just want to attach a hose to direct water away from the house. Help?

If you find that water is dripping inside when the unit is cooling, tilt the air conditioner slightly to the outside to allow water drainage. There is no designated drainage area on this model. These instructions can be found in your installation manual. Its broken

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Saw a deal on the 12000 BTU air conditioner and decided to go for it. We needed a strong unit to cool down a large family living area. And this unit does not disappoint. It keeps things nice and cool on the hottest of days. We loved the Frigidaire ACs so much we bought the 6000 BTU units for the bedrooms too. Very happy with our purchase.
