[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works great, the only issue I have with it is the thermostat, I have it set at 72 and come home from work and it’s 80 degrees inside and the unit is not running! I have pets and the thermostat concerns me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is very quiet and efficient. Cooled the entire downstairs. Our windows are small so many units were too large for us to use. This unit fit the window perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
