Keeps our room cool but it is noisy

Cools Great in Florida!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a unit that could keep my cabin cool in 98% humidity and 100F heat. The window unit popped into my window and was up and running in less than an hour. I have slightly less than 400sq ft., but with the heat and humidity I knew I needed more than recommended. The unit is a bit noisier than I like, but I am willing to put up with it for the comfort.

Loyal to Frigidaire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Frigidaire 18500 BTU ac/heater for 8 years in my house that finally gave up. Over 8 years it had worked through 100+ degree summers and 5 degree winters. It had warranty service twice for a compressor and fan motor in those 8 years.
After that experience, I have become a loyal Frigidaire customer. This current 12000 BTU AC plus another 10000 BTU Frigidaire AC in the master bedroom keeps the entire house cool. It is not too heavy and easy to install. All the parts and some extra are sent. The packaging was great and prevented any damage through transit.
Lastly, I enjoy the warranty that Frigidaire offers with their product. I have purchased the extended warranty to give me 3 years of coverage for both of my Frigidaire ACs to get the most life out of them.
After that experience, I have become a loyal Frigidaire customer. This current 12000 BTU AC plus another 10000 BTU Frigidaire AC in the master bedroom keeps the entire house cool.
