I BOUGHT YHIS UNIT A YEAR AGO AND NOW NONE OF THE BUTTONS ON THE FRONT WILL REPOND.I HAVE MISPLACED THE REMOTE.IT LOOKS LIKE UNLESS I FINE OR BUY A NEW REMOTE I AM STUCK WITH WHAT EVER SETTING IT HAS. I HAVE TO UNPLUG IT TO TURN IT OFF.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't work

I have another Frigidaire AC in our bedroom that works great so we got a bigger version for downstairs. After getting it set up it didn't get cold. It blew out cool air but not cold. We returned it and got another one thinking the first was a dud.. nope. Second one out of the box doesn't work. No matter what setting or temperature it was on it didn't get any colder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works great, the only issue I have with it is the thermostat, I have it set at 72 and come home from work and it’s 80 degrees inside and the unit is not running! I have pets and the thermostat concerns me!

stuck on 70 degrees does not respond to remote

i bought this air conditioner 2 years a go it started giving me problem after about 2 months later i live in PA. i covered it for the winter. i uncovered it June of this year it ran good for around 3 weeks now its stuck on 70 degrees again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a window air conditioner before in the same brand for 3 yrs and very happy with it , so since July I needed two bigger units and decided to buy the same brand , however I’m disappointed because they are extremely loud , and cools nicely for the first couple weeks and not not as good so I will be calling as I have insurance on both.
