Really Cools!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after my old A/C died (only 3 years old!) I was angry at having to make this purchase, but the first day I used it, my attitude changed. This A/C really cooled off the entire front of my apartment - living room, dining/kitchen, & foyer. We even had to raise the thermostat because we were too cold! I am hoping for many happy, "cool" years!

We had to return the first A/C

Does a good job

Love how small it is also, we did not think we would find a 12,000 BTU unit that would fit our small window.
