Unit works for the space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the feature where the timer turns it back on in the mode you left it. Just turning it off and on puts it in economy mode which can be annoying.

Cools well but noisier than hoped for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new window air conditioner two months ago. While it cools the area well, it is noisier than I had expected of a new machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi CliffG, thank you for taking a moment to share your room air conditioner review. It is normal to hear ‘high pitch chatter’ a sound of rushing air, gurgle/hiss, pinging or swishing and vibration. These are all normal. For more information of normal sounds during operation, please refer to page 4 in your Owner’s Manual. Verify that the original installation procedures have been followed properly. Pay special attention to any gaskets. If improperly installed, even a high quality, low-noise unit can rattle mercilessly. Love this air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this air conditioner for our "new" home. It works really, really well and keeps us comfortable. I especially like the energy saving feature that means it is not constantly running but does keep the temperature constant.
