[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hot. I bought the a/c unit. Not as hot anymore, lol. Works pretty well. Not sure if I agree about it's space capacity, seems like it isn't quite able to handle the load it's rated for. Happy with the purchase though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great appliance. It keeps my apartment cool and is pretty easy to install. The only drawback about it is it is very loud. When watching tv, I do have to use the pause button on my shows when needing to cool off the room otherwise I would have given 5 stars to my rating.

Cools well but noisier than hoped for

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These are all normal. For more information of normal sounds during operation, please refer to page 4 in your Owner’s Manual. Love this air conditioner
