Small Package, Huge Payout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last AC died just before the last heat wave and I was dying of the heat. This tiny, window AC, which I put in my wall unit space, puts out so much cold air it's a blessing! The louvers direct the air right on me even though I'm far left of the unit. The control unit is small and packed with features. I love how easy it is to switch from one to the other.

Good but Economy Doesnt Work Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased at how fast this cools down my apartment but the economy feature will turn on for only like 20 seconds and then off again- which seems not accurate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pjwags, thank you for taking the time to share your air conditioner experience with us. In energy saver (econ) mode the fan should come on for 20 seconds at 10 minute intervals (“tasting” the air) until the room temperature is above the set temperature, at which time the compressor turns back on. Your will find this information on page 5 of your Owner's Manual. If your air conditioner remote has the sensing feature, please make sure that there are no obstructions between the remote and the air conditioner, and make sure the remote is placed within 20 feet and 120 degrees radius of the front of the air conditioner. You can find more information about remote sensing on page 9 of your Owner's Manual. If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate to reconnect with us directly.
